About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Since 2020, CSN Mineração has consumed exclusively 100% renewable electricity across its operations through self-sufficient renewable energy supply, including acquisitions of hydroelectric assets such as CEC (120 MW Quebra-Queixo plant). This eliminates Scope 2 market-based emissions as a permanent decarbonization measure. Evidence: "Since 2020, CSN Mineração has maintained a target of consuming exclusively 100% renewable electricity. This is a permanent and absolute Scope 2 GHG emissions reduction." — https://cdn-sites-assets.mziq.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/452/2025/09/CSN_Rel_Cimatico_2024_EN-D4.pdf
