About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Kyocera began supplying 100% renewable energy (non-FIT solar and other traceable sources via self-procurement and wheeling) to its global headquarters in Kyoto effective October 1, 2024. This on-site and contracted renewable initiative reduces approximately 2,000 tons of CO2 emissions annually from the headquarters building. Evidence: "Kyocera Corporation today announced that it has begun supplying 100% of the electricity for its global headquarters using renewable energy resources. The long-planned initiative, which took effect Oct. 1, is projected to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 2,000 tons annually from the headquarters building." — https://global.kyocera.com/newsroom/news/2024/000980.html
