About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Multi-year program converting diesel-powered water bores on cattle stations to solar-powered systems with telemetry for remote monitoring and efficiency. This replaces fossil fuel use in on-site water infrastructure across properties in Australia, directly reducing Scope 1 emissions from diesel consumption in own operations. Evidence: "Our solar bore transition which we began in FY21 is almost complete as well, and through the replacement of diesel bores, will save thousands of tonnes of carbon from entering the atmosphere each year over the lifetime of these bores." — https://aaco.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/AACo-FY24-Sustainability-Report-Final.pdf
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
