About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
CAE partnered with AEGEAN to establish a joint-venture flight training centre in Greece, which is powered by solar energy from 35,000 m² of photovoltaic panels integrated into AEGEAN's adjacent green hangar. This provides on-site renewable electricity directly supporting CAE's simulator-based training operations at the facility. Evidence: "The Flight Training Center will be powered by solar energy produced by the 35,000 m2 of photovoltaic panels embedded in AEGEAN's new “green” hangar, generating enough energy to cover the needs of the training centre." — https://en.about.aegeanair.com/media-center/press-releases/2023/aegean-and-cae-partnership/
