About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
AGCO signed a 10-year virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with BRUC to support a 100 MW solar PV plant in northwest Spain. The VPPA advances AGCO's renewable energy strategy and reduces Scope 2 emissions from purchased electricity at its European operations. Construction of the solar plant begins in the second half of 2025 with commercial operations expected in late 2026. Evidence: "AGCO ... announced its signing of a Virtual Power Purchase Agreement (VPPA) in partnership with BRUC, one of the largest renewable energy groups in Spain. The agreement marks a significant milestone in AGCO's renewable energy strategy and helps reduce its Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions relating to its indirect onsite purchased electricity." — https://news.agcocorp.com/2025-09-08-AGCO-Signs-10-year-Virtual-Power-Purchase-Agreement-with-BRUC-to-Advance-European-Renewable-Energy-Supply
