About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Air Canada purchased Canada's first commercial batch of approximately 101,000 liters of low carbon aviation fuel produced by Parkland at its Burnaby Refinery using non-food grade canola and tallow feedstocks. This supports insetting of emissions in Air Canada's fuel value chain. Evidence: "The fuel was purchased by Air Canada. ... “This represents our first commercial purchase of Canadian-produced low carbon aviation fuel,” Air Canada President and CEO Michael Rousseau said." — https://www.rigzone.com/news/parkland_produces_canadas_first_low_carbon_aviation_fuel-02-jan-2025-179173-article/
