About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Air France invested USD 4.7 million in DG Fuels and acquired an option for up to 75,000 tons of SAF annually from 2029 onward, in addition to the prior offtake agreement. This supports development of US-based SAF production for direct use in Air France-KLM operations. Evidence: "Air France-KLM has made an investment in DG Fuels to support the completion of the developmental work necessary to reach the Final Investment Decision on DG Fuels’ initial Louisiana-based sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) plant. ... Air France-KLM acquired an option to purchase up to 25 million gallons / 75 000 tons of SAF annually over a multi-year period beginning in 2029." — https://dgfuels.com/2023/11/10/air-france-klm-confirms-its-strategic-cooperation-with-saf-producer-dg-fuels-by-investing-in-their-saf-production-facility-in-the-united-states/
