RGA participates in Ameren Missouri's Renewable Solutions Program to source 100% renewable electricity for its headquarters, supporting reduction of Scope 2 market-based emissions. This is part of efforts to achieve net zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by end of 2025, ahead of the 2026 target. The program provides renewable energy backed by new generation facilities.
