About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Renewi operates an organics processing plant in Amsterdam that converts organic waste into biogas, which is upgraded to green gas (biomethane) for injection into the national gas grid and further processed into bio-LNG for heavy transport fuel. This project is part of Renewi's decarbonisation efforts by valorising biogas and capturing CO2 as a product, reducing process emissions and providing low-carbon alternatives in their value chain. Evidence: "The green gas for Vattenfall is produced in a state-of-the-art Renewi Organics plant in Amsterdam." — https://www.renewi.com/en/about-us/news-and-media/news/renewis-green-gas-makes-vattenfalls-gas-mix-more-sustainable
