About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Renault Group began using ArcelorMittal's XCarb recycled and renewably produced low-carbon steel (Usibor 1500) in serial production for structural parts on Renault 5 E-Tech, Alpine A290, and Renault 4 E-Tech electric vehicles starting September 2025, reducing upstream Scope 3 emissions from materials. Evidence: "Renault has started using ArcelorMittal’s low-carbon emission steel in three of its electric vehicle models." — https://eurometal.net/renault-increases-use-of-arcelormittals-low-carbon-steel/
