About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

CPKC partnered with ATCO EnPower to construct and operate two hydrogen production and refuelling stations in Alberta (Calgary/Ogden and Edmonton/Clover Bar). The Calgary station uses green hydrogen produced via electrolysis powered by CPKC's on-site 5 MW solar farm; stations became fully operational in November 2024 to support the hydrogen locomotive fleet. Evidence: "Construction of hydrogen production and refuelling facilities in Calgary and in Edmonton is now complete and the facilities are fully operational." — https://investor.cpkcr.com/news/press-release-details/2024/ATCO-EnPower-and-CPKC-complete-construction-of-two-hydrogen-production--refuelling-stations-in-Alberta/default.aspx
