About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

MSD Ireland (Merck & Co., Inc.) installed a 7.3 MW ground-mounted solar PV array at its Ballydine manufacturing site in County Tipperary, Ireland. The project generates approximately 7.9 GWh of renewable electricity annually for on-site use, supplying up to 20-21% of the site's energy needs and reducing the site's carbon footprint by 2,336 tonnes of CO2 per year. Evidence: "MSD Ballydine, working with ESB’s Smart Energy Services, has built the 7.3MW ground mounted solar PV array to support the site in significantly reducing its carbon footprint, in line with MSD’s ambitious climate goals. It is estimated that the system will generate approximately 7.9GWh of clean renewable electricity for the MSD site, ensuring up to 20% of the site’s energy requirements are now coming from renewable energy sources." — https://www.pv-magazine.com/press-releases/msd-and-esb-launch-irelands-largest-solar-project/
