About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Saab's Barracuda facility in Gamleby, Sweden, switched to a biogas system for camouflage production processes, replacing previous fuel sources. This fuel switching project reduces the facility's total CO₂ emissions by 65% and contributes significantly to Saab's overall emissions reduction targets. The project enhances energy security of supply while cutting Scope 1 emissions in Saab's own operations. Evidence: "By introducing a biogas system in the production of camouflage at the Barracuda facility in Gamleby, the project will fulfil close to 50% of Saab’s total CO2 reduction target for 2025 and increase security of supply. The change also reduces Barracuda's total CO₂ emissions by 65%" — https://www.saab.com/newsroom/stories/2025/december/barracuda-biogas-boilers-bring-big-sustainability-breakthroughs
