About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Johnson & Johnson installed a deep geothermal energy plant at its Beerse campus in Belgium to provide renewable hot water for heating operations. The project is supported by the company's CO2 Capital Relief Program and uses two wells approximately 2.4 km deep. It has reduced carbon emissions for J&J Innovative Medicine operations in Belgium by around 30%. Evidence: "An example of a project supported by the Program is at our campus in Beerse, Belgium where we installed a state-of-the-art deep geothermal energy plant. Two wells, about 1.6 miles (2.4 km) deep, provide renewably sourced hot water for heating. The use of geothermal energy has reduced the carbon emissions for J&J Innovative Medicine operations in Belgium by around 30%." — https://www.jnj.com/our-societal-impact/global-environmental-sustainability/our-approach-to-climate-action
