About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Belimo installed an 876 kW on-site solar photovoltaic system with 2192 modules at its Americas headquarters in Danbury, Connecticut, USA. The system generates renewable electricity to offset grid power consumption at the facility, reducing Scope 2 emissions. It is one of the largest solar installations in Connecticut and supports LEED Gold certification for the site expansion. Evidence: "The 876 kW solar power plant at the Belimo Americas headquarters, which incorporates 2192 high-output solar modules, has an annual output of around one megawatt hour of electricity. Used to offset a portion of Belimo’s energy needs with solar power, it will save 857 tons of greenhouse gas emissions, equivalent to the annual needs of around 100 homes in Connecticut." — https://www.belimo.com/us/en_US/about/belimo/sustainability/environmental
