About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Umicore's Markham site in Ontario, Canada, switched from natural gas to biogas for heating needs via a matching system with Bullfrog Power, displacing all natural gas usage and avoiding 500 tonnes of CO2e per year while cutting Scope 1 emissions by 90%. Evidence: "A contract was signed soon after, which means all of Umicore Markham’s natural gas usage has now been displaced by biogas... This avoids the emission of 500 tonnes of CO2e per year, cutting Umicore Markham’s Scope 1 CO2 emissions by 90%." — https://www.umicore.com/en/media/newsroom/switch-to-biogas-for-canadian-umicore-site/
