About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

BMW Group Plant Leipzig is constructing a approximately 2 km hydrogen pipeline to connect directly to Germany's core hydrogen grid. This enables greater use of hydrogen in the plant's paint shop for high-temperature processes, replacing natural gas as part of fuel switching and decarbonization of production operations. Evidence: "BMW Group Plant Leipzig has today marked the official start of construction of a hydrogen pipeline that will connect the plant directly to the hydrogen grid." — https://www.press.bmwgroup.com/global/article/detail/T0461219EN/hydrogen-pipeline-construction-begins:-bmw-group-to-integrate-plant-leipzig-into-core-hydrogen-grid?language=en
