About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
In June 2024, BOCHK achieved carbon neutrality certification for Bank of China Tower and Bank of China Building, the first bank in Hong Kong to do so for its owned properties. This involved energy efficiency measures, renewable energy adoption, and the 'first reduce, then replace, and offset at last' strategy, later expanded to include BOC Wan Chai Commercial Centre. Evidence: "In June 2024, BOCHK’s two iconic buildings, Bank of China Tower and Bank of China Building, have attained carbon neutrality certified by the China Quality Certification Center (CQCC) and the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA)." — https://www.bochk.com/dam/esg/green-banking_en.html
