About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Expansion of the Boliden Odda zinc smelter in Norway nearly doubles annual zinc production capacity from 200 ktonnes to 350 ktonnes. The project incorporates energy efficiency improvements, fossil-free electricity, and sustainable technologies across production phases, reducing carbon dioxide intensity by 15 percent. Evidence: "The expansion enables Odda to almost double the zinc production and at the same time reducing the carbon dioxide intensity by 15 percent from already a world leading position." — https://www.boliden.com/operations/smelters/boliden-odda/odda-expansion/

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
