About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Completed fuel switching project at a Mosaic Fertilizantes phosphate mine site in Minas Gerais, Brazil, replacing heavy oil with vegetable oil as part of process optimization to reduce fuel use and GHG emissions. Evidence: "One project in particular, which occurred at one of our phosphate mine sites in the state of Minas Gerais that produced approximately 400,000 tonnes of finished product in 2021, replaced heavy oil with vegetable oil. The result of this projects was reduced fuel use and emissions savings of approximately 1,200 tonnes CO2e." — https://mosaicco.com/fileLibrary/publicFiles/0-mosaic-2023-response.pdf
