About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

CAE launched a program with Piper Aircraft to develop and deploy electric conversion kits for its Piper Archer training fleet, planning to convert up to two-thirds of the aircraft used at its flight schools. This electrification initiative reduces fuel consumption and emissions from live flight training operations in CAE's own academies. Evidence: "CAE will convert two-thirds of its Piper Archer® training fleet and will be the first to develop a curriculum for new pilots to train on the operation of electric aircraft." — https://www.piper.com/press-releases/piper-aircraft-partners-with-cae-on-electric-aircraft-program/

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
