Synopsys procured purchaser-caused EACs through a small offtake VPPA for renewable energy from the 50 MW Catania Solartrack solar project in Catania, Sicily, developed by Aquila Clean Energy EMEA. This supports Synopsys' goals for 100% renewable electricity and Scope 2 emissions reduction.
