Google executed three 20-year PPAs with Clearway Energy Group for 1.17 GW of carbon-free energy projects (wind and solar) in Missouri, Texas, and West Virginia to power its data centers in SPP, ERCOT, and PJM markets. The agreements build on an existing 71.5 MW PPA and support Google's renewable energy matching for Scope 2 emissions reduction.
