About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

CMC is constructing its fourth micro mill in Berkeley County, West Virginia, using advanced EAF technology and Q-One systems for direct renewable energy sourcing. The facility will produce rebar from 100% recycled scrap with significantly lower energy use and emissions than traditional mills, directly reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions in CMC's steelmaking operations. Evidence: "Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) ("CMC") today announced that it has selected Berkeley County, West Virginia, as the site of its fourth micro mill (MM4). ... The new plant is scheduled to begin operations in late calendar 2025." — https://www.cmc.com/westvirginia
