AT&T signed a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) for 75% of the output and 100% of RECs from the 430 MW Cold Creek Solar + Storage project in Texas. This contracted renewable energy procurement supports AT&T's Scope 2 emissions reductions through renewable energy credits. Evidence: "In 2025, we signed a new VPPA—our 10th VPPA—with Doral Renewables.
