About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
CircularSteam is constructing a facility in Belgium to manufacture up to 50 MW of high-temperature heat pumps annually, based on Armstrong’s Circular Thermal® design. These heat pumps produce superheated water or low-pressure steam up to 120°C by reusing waste heat, reducing primary energy use by up to 70% and avoiding GHG emissions when using renewable electricity. Over the first ten years, the deployed heat pumps are expected to avoid 1.3 million tons of CO2 at end-user sites across European industries like food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
