About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Partnership between Suzano and Eletrobras to study the technical and economic feasibility of producing green hydrogen via electrolysis and e-methanol using biogenic CO2 captured from Suzano's pulp production processes. The project targets sustainable fuels for maritime and other sectors as part of Suzano's value chain decarbonization. Evidence: "The research will focus on the technical and economic feasibility of utilising natural biogenic CO2 generated as part of Suzano’s current production process to manufacture new forms of sustainable fuels. ... It can be captured at source and mixed with renewable hydrogen, generated from water electrolysis, to produce synthetic and clean fuel, especially e-methanol." — https://www.suzano.com.br/en/news-post/eletrobras-and-suzano-join-forces-to-study-the-development-of-green-hydrogen-and-synthetic-fuels
