About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The EnergHys project plans to produce clean hydrogen with a 300 MW electrolyser located in the Vlissingen area, Netherlands, powered by renewable energy from offshore wind farms, yielding up to 22,000 tonnes annually. It aims to become a world-leading clean hydrogen hub, benefiting hard-to-abate industries and mobility through innovations in electrolyser technology mix, by-product valorization (oxygen and heat), and energy management for efficiency. The project is expected to avoid 2 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent GHG emissions over the first ten years of operation.<grok:render type="render_inline_citation"><argument name="citation_id">6</argument></grok:render><grok:render type="render_inline_citation"><argument name="citation_id">50</argument></grok:render>
