About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Orion Oyj installed and commissioned a heat pump plant at its Espoo, Finland site that utilizes waste heat from factory processes to produce CO2-free energy for heating. The plant became fully operational at the end of 2023 and delivers annual energy savings of approximately 11 GWh while reducing site heating CO2 emissions by 2,200 tons. Evidence: "The Espoo heat pump plant became fully operational at the end of 2023. The heat pump plant produces CO2-free energy for the Espoo site by utilising waste heat from the Espoo factory processes... The calculated annual energy saving is about 11 GWh." — https://www.orionpharma.com/4989ff/globalassets/sustainability/documents/orion_sustainability_report_2023.pdf
