About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Harmony Gold signed a 15-year PPA with Aggreko for Australia's largest off-grid renewable hybrid power facility (solar, battery storage, and thermal) to supply the Eva Copper Mine Project in Northwest Queensland. The facility will power mine construction and operations with lower-carbon energy. Evidence: "Aggreko has finalised a landmark Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with international mining company Harmony Gold for the Eva Copper Mine Project in Northwest Queensland, paving the way for the development of Australia’s largest off-grid renewable hybrid power facility." — https://www.aggreko.com/en-au/news/2026/eva-copper-mine-renewable-hybrid-power-facility
