About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
InVivo Group/Union InVivo is a founding partner and the sole agricultural member of the FertigHy consortium developing a €1.3 billion low-carbon fertilizer plant in the Somme region of France. The plant will produce 500,000 tonnes per year of decarbonized nitrogen fertilizer using renewable electricity and green hydrogen, equivalent to ~15% of French consumption. InVivo will act as off-taker and distributor to its member cooperatives and farmers, actively financing and integrating low-carbon feedstock into its upstream agricultural value chain (Scope 3) to reduce emissions from fertilizer production and use. Evidence: "InVivo, a linchpin of this project, as the only agricultural member of the consortium and the leading fertiliser distributor, will ensure the scaling-up for the decarbonisation of French farming... InVivo will be the offtaker for the fertilisers from this plant." — https://www.invivo-group.com/en/news/invivo-agricultural-partner-consortium-fertighy-will-be-leading-french-distributor-green
