About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
The EVVE project, coordinated by EDF with support from Dreev, deploys 800 bidirectional V2G charging stations across Europe to utilize EV batteries as distributed energy storage, reducing peak loads and providing grid services. It demonstrates V2G's potential to cut CO2 emissions by over 25,000 tons over 10 years through smart charging/discharging based on price and CO2 signals. Currently, 250 stations are deployed mainly in France and Denmark.<grok:render type="render_inline_citation"><argument name="citation_id">32</argument></grok:render><grok:render type="render_inline_citation"><argument name="citation_id">20</argument></grok:render>
