About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Florida Power & Light (FPL), a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, developed and operates a pilot green hydrogen facility at the Okeechobee Clean Energy Center. The project uses solar power from the adjacent Cavendish Solar Energy Center to produce hydrogen via electrolysis, which is blended with natural gas to fuel an existing combustion turbine, reducing Scope 1 emissions from the company's own gas-fired generation. Evidence: "The FPL Cavendish NextGen Hydrogen Hub is the first clean hydrogen plant of its kind in the Sunshine State. This pilot project draws from local solar and water resources to produce clean hydrogen that can be blended with natural gas to power an existing combustion turbine at the co-located Okeechobee Clean Energy Center." — https://newsroom.nexteraenergy.com/Florida-Power-Light-Company-announces-completion-of-clean-hydrogen-hub
