About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
ORLEN Biometan (subsidiary, formerly PGNiG BioEvolution) is constructing Poland's first biomethane plant with integrated liquefaction for bioLNG production in Głąbowo. The facility will produce approximately 7 million m³ of biomethane annually for use as low-carbon fuel in transport, supporting decarbonisation of ORLEN's own logistics and fuel value chain, with operations starting in 2026. Evidence: "Through its subsidiary PGNiG BioEvolution, ORLEN Group is constructing Poland’s first biomethane plant with an integrated bio-LNG module in Głąbowo, Warmia-Masuria Province. The facility will have the capacity to produce more than 7 million m³ of biomethane per annum, which will be liquefied for use as fuel in heavy-duty vehicles." — https://www.orlen.pl/en/about-the-company/media/press-releases/current/2025/july-2025/ORLEN-and-Krajowa-Grupa-Spozywcza-sign-MoU-to-accelerate-biomethane-production-in-Poland
