About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

RWE is constructing a 300 MW electrolysis plant in three stages at its Emsland gas-fired power plant site in Lingen, Germany, as part of the GET H2 Nukleus project. The first 100 MW phase is under commissioning with commercial operations targeted for 2027, producing green hydrogen for industrial customers to support decarbonization. Evidence: "As part of the GET H2 Nukleus project, RWE is planning to build an electrolysis capacity of 300 megawatts (MW) on the site of the Emsland gas-fired power plant in three expansion stages by 2027." — https://www.rwe.com/en/research-and-development/hydrogen-projects/hydrogen-project-get-h2/
