About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
SCA and St1 jointly own and operate a biorefinery in Gothenburg that processes tall oil, a by-product from SCA's pulp mills, into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), HVO biodiesel, bio-naphtha, and bio-LPG. The facility supports decarbonization in SCA's value chain and broader transport sector through insetting of renewable fuels. Evidence: "The jointly owned biorefinery, owned by SCA and St1, is now inaugurated. ... SCA's share in the facility is 25 percent. The partnership and production at the facility also mean that SCA's pulp mills will be able to supply tall oil, a by-product from pulp production, for further processing at the new factory." — https://www.sca.com/en/media/news/2024/now-the-jointly-owned-biorefinery-for-biofuel-has-opened/
