About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
TotalEnergies signed a 15-year agreement with RWE for the supply of 30,000 tons per year of green hydrogen starting in 2030 to decarbonize its Leuna refinery in Germany. The hydrogen will be produced by a 300 MW electrolyzer operated by RWE in Lingen and delivered via pipeline, preventing approximately 300,000 tons of CO2 emissions annually at the refinery. Evidence: "30,000 tons a year of green hydrogen supplied to TotalEnergies’ Leuna refinery ; 300,000 tons a year of CO2 emissions prevented at the Leuna refinery" — https://totalenergies.com/newsroom/germany-totalenergies-and-rwe-join-forces-green-hydrogen-decarbonize-leuna/?lang=eng
