About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

thyssenkrupp Hohenlimburg rolling mill connected via direct line to a nearby 17 MW wind farm operated by SL NaturEnergie, supplying on average 40% of the site's annual electricity demand (55 GWh/year) without using the public grid for primary consumption. Evidence: "thyssenkrupp Hohenlimburg... is the first German industrial plant to receive locally generated wind power through a direct connection. With the green energy from the four new wind turbines... the company can now cover 40 percent of its average annual electricity requirements." — https://www.thyssenkrupp-steel.com/en/newsroom/press-releases/green-wind-power-for-steel-production.html

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
