About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The HyKembla Project involves the construction and operation of a 10 MW hydrogen electrolyser plant and associated infrastructure at BlueScope's Port Kembla Steelworks in Illawarra, Australia. This pilot-scale facility will produce renewable hydrogen to partially replace injected coal in the blast furnace, reducing CO2 emissions during iron and steel production. Additionally, it includes a hydrogen refuelling station to support the local hydrogen ecosystem.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
