About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The VOZARTEK project aims to initiate the green hydrogen market in the Moravian-Silesian Region of Czechia by producing up to 270 tonnes of hydrogen annually using a 2 MW PEM electrolyser powered by solar PV and biomass CHP in Frýdek-Místek, starting commercial operations in 2026. The hydrogen will primarily supply bus, train, and truck operators, with potential for non-transport uses like natural gas grid injection or metallurgy, achieving a 98% GHG emissions reduction compared to the reference scenario over a 10-year monitoring period. This project supports the region's transition from coal-based industry by demonstrating reliable, affordable green hydrogen supply.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
