About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Kao Corporation signed one of Japan's largest virtual power purchase agreements (VPPA) for the output and environmental attributes from a 15.6 MW solar power plant. The agreement supports renewable electricity procurement to power operations including the Sumida plant, advancing Scope 2 decarbonization. Evidence: "Kao will purchase all of the additive *1 environmental value generated by a solar power plant with a total capacity of 15.6 MW, one of the largest such plants" — https://www.kao.com/global/en/newsroom/news/release/2023/20230609-001/
