About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Kuhlmann Europe, a Tessenderlo Group subsidiary, is investing €15.5 million to connect its Loos site to the RTE 225 kV high-voltage network starting January 2027, including substation internalization. This supports electrification of activities and contributes to the group’s decarbonization plan targeting 48% CO2 reduction by 2032. Evidence: "The company will be investing 15.5 million EUR to connect to the RTE very high voltage network from January 2027. This development... will contribute to the group's energy independence and the electrification of its activities, with the aim of reducing its carbon footprint." — https://www.tessenderlo.com/en/building-200-years-expertise-kuhlmann-europe-pursues-its-innovation-strategy
