About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Las Vegas Sands developed its new corporate headquarters campus in Las Vegas featuring 1,300 solar photovoltaic panels on buildings and parking awnings, high albedo rooftop, LED lighting with sensors, and 16 EV charging stations. The project achieved LEED Gold certification for Building Design and Construction upon opening in mid-2023, generating on-site renewable energy to power operations and reduce Scope 2 emissions. Evidence: "When Sands set out to design its new corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, one key priority was sustainability... Powered by renewable electricity and incorporating a number of sustainable features, our new headquarters achieved LEED Gold certification after opening in mid-2023. Through the 1,289 solar photovoltaic panels atop our two buildings and parking awnings, we produce enough renewable energy to power our usage during the workday. We generated 604,000 kWh in 2023..." — https://www.sands.com/news/sands-corporate-campus-earns-leed-gold-certification/
