NTPC has commissioned India's first green hydrogen-based mobility project at Leh, Ladakh, featuring a 1.7 MW solar plant, alkaline electrolyser, BESS, and hydrogen refuelling station for buses. This integrates renewables and green hydrogen for decarbonizing NTPC's own transport and energy operations in a remote area.
