About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Chung Hwa Pulp Corp., a YFY subsidiary, operates Taiwan's largest and only lignin-based biomass power generation system at its Hualien plant. The system converts process residues into alternative fuels for power generation as part of YFY's circular economy model, producing approximately 150 million kWh of green energy certificates annually. This on-site renewable energy project supports YFY's Scope 1 emissions reductions and RE100 commitment. Evidence: "Notably, Chung Hwa Pulp Corp. leads the way by establishing the only and the largest lignin-based biomass power generation system in Taiwan at its Hualien plant. The company has obtained green energy certificates, contributing a substantial 150 million kWh of green energy certificates annually" — https://www.yfy.com/m/en/news_867.html
