About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Osaka Gas, along with Toho Gas and ITOCHU, holds a combined 33.3% stake in the Live Oak e-methane (e-NG) production facility in Nebraska, USA, developed with TotalEnergies and TES. Osaka Gas will be a primary offtaker to supply carbon-neutral gas into its grid, advancing insetting of emissions in its gas operations. Evidence: "TotalEnergies, TES, Osaka Gas, Toho Gas, and ITOCHU have signed a Joint Development and Operating Agreement, granting the Japanese companies a combined 33.3% stake in the Live Oak project ... Osaka Gas and Toho Gas will be the primary offtakers." — https://totalenergies.com/newsroom/totalenergies-tes-osaka-gas-toho-gas-and-itochu-partner-develop-live-oak/
