About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
LuGaZ aims to create a sustainable zero-waste facility in Spain that manages nearly 55,000 tonnes/year of organic wastes from the dairy sector and other agri-food industries. The project integrates a biogas plant with innovative small-scale upgrading (NIDUP), digestate optimization software (OPTIBLENDER), and low-cost liquid treatment (DEPURGAN/AQUATEC) to produce biomethane for natural gas grid injection, stabilized organic fertilizers, and reusable water. It avoids net absolute GHG emissions of approximately 51,604 tCO2eq per year compared to reference scenarios.
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
