Lonza entered into multiple long-term Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) purchase agreements with Clearway Energy Group linked to the Texas Solar Nova 1 and 2 solar projects. The agreements provide 235,000 RECs annually starting January 2026, enabling 100% renewable electricity for Lonza's current US facilities.
