About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Magna Powertrain installed Austria's largest PV carport systems plus rooftop solar at its Lannach and Ilz facilities in Styria, Austria, with a total capacity of 11.4 MWp from nearly 27,000 modules. The on-site generation supplies production of drivetrain solutions and EV charging infrastructure, saving approximately 1,800 tonnes of CO2 per year. The systems entered operation at the end of November 2024. Evidence: "With Austria’s largest PV carport systems from VERBUND at the Styrian Magna Powertrain facilities in Lannach and Ilz, the company is setting new standards for the energy and mobility transition. ... The official initial operation of the facilities at the end of November marked a significant step towards climate neutrality." — https://www.verbund.com/en/group/news-press/press-releases/2024/12/2/pv-carports-fuer-magna-powertrain
