About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Teijin Limited installed and commenced full-scale operation of a new in-house gas co-generation power facility at the North District of its Matsuyama plant in Ehime Prefecture, Japan. The project replaces prior coal and petroleum-based fuels for on-site power generation, eliminating coal use entirely at this chemical fiber manufacturing site. It directly reduces the company's Scope 1 emissions from its own operations.
